We have a special announcement and celebration to make. We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the founder and chairman of the Asia Pacific International Arts Festival, who has been honoured with the title of " Successful People in Malaysia" for their outstanding achievements, leaving an indelible mark in the annals of the encyclopedia. Now, allow us to provide a brief introduction to the history and origins of this prestigious recognition:In 1849, the very first biographical encyclopedia was dedicated to the British royal family, the high aristocracy, politicians, judges, and officers. In 1897, the first modern edition of the encyclopedia by the Black's cousins appeared in England. During this period, biographies of personalities from different professional sectors could already be found in library. The tradition of biographical encyclopedias dates back to the 1840s. We have offices in United Kingdom London, Dublin, Warsaw, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, and Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Malaysian luminaries Father of Modern Malaysia Former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, National Hero of Malaysian Badminton Dato Lee Chong Wei, Founder of Sunway Group Tan Sri Jeffery Cheah, Founder of Top Glove Tan Sri Lim Wee Chai, The first Malaysian actress in Oscar history, she is also the first Asian actor winner Tan Sri Dato' Seri Michelle Yeoh Choo-Kheng, along with several well-known Malaysian politicians, distinguished scientists, entrepreneurs, athletes, celebrities, and successful individuals, are all featured in the "Successful People in Malaysia" encyclopedia. Our encyclopedia, "Successful People In Malaysia," primarily documents individuals from various professional fields who have reached new heights in their careers. This book is a non-saleable item and will be collected by the National Libraries of various states in Malaysia, the National Library of Singapore, and the University of Malaya Library.

WRITING AND CREATIVE WORKS

SWEARLYC Cham Swear Ly is a renowned education and performing arts event planner and organizer, celebrated for her innovative event concepts. She boasts a dedicated following of over 34,000 on the Asia Pacific International Arts Festival Facebook page.

As a leading event designer and planner, SwearLyC has orchestrated grand international music and talent competition events, not only within Malaysia but also on a global scale, including cities like Bangkok in Thailand, China • Beijing Contemporary Music Academy University, CCTV China Central Television, Beijing Radio and Television Station, Changsha Hunan Satellite Television, Zhejiang Hengdian World Studios and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Sheraton Hotel in China. Her collaborations have allowed her to share her expertise in event design and creativity across international borders.

While SwearLyC is widely recognized for her significant contributions to education and the performing arts, she has also actively participated in the production of concerts, performances, music videos, short films, and featured films for the Asia Pacific International Film Festival. Her work has created an expansive international platform, with a strong focus on hosting events and crafting imaginative celebrations.

CIVIL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

As a founder, director, and chief executive officer in the fields of education and performing arts, I fully grasp the unique platform and responsibilities inherent in my role.

In this digital age, I recognize the immense power of social media as a tool for spreading awareness. My approach involves harnessing various platforms to convey the profound significance of education and the arts in addressing pressing societal challenges.

Central to our success is collaboration with like-minded organizations and individuals. By fostering partnerships, we can amplify our impact and work collectively toward shared objectives. Prioritizing the organization of international arts festivals, music and talent competitions, concerts, masterclasses, and performances is a cornerstone of our mission. These events serve not only to showcase talent but also to unite people, cultivating a sense of togetherness and shared experiences.

In essence, my role as a chairperson extends beyond mere oversight of educational and artistic activities. I view it as an opportunity to harness the potential of these disciplines to drive positive change in civil and social realms, promoting inclusivity, awareness, and active engagement within our broader community.

AWARDS

I take immense pride in the recognition and awards I've received during my tenure as a founder, director, and chief executive officer in the realms of education and performing arts. These accolades stand as a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our entire team.

In 2019, I had the distinct honor of receiving the China • Beijing International Outstanding Educator Award. This prestigious recognition celebrated my innovative approach to amalgamating education and the performing arts. It acknowledged my tireless efforts in promoting creativity and facilitating cultural exchange. Notably, my students have consistently excelled in various arenas, from school-level competitions to regional, state, national, and even international contests. They have achieved remarkable scores and secured top honors in recitation, emerging as champions in these highly competitive arenas.

In 2020, our organization achieved another remarkable milestone as we were bestowed with the China • Beijing International Outstanding Organization Award. This accolade underscored our organization's exceptional contributions to education and the performing arts. It highlighted our unwavering commitment to delivering quality education and nurturing artistic talent. Beyond my accomplishments in teaching, I took on the role of choreographing stage productions, including 'Chinese And Western To Welcome The Chinese New Year' 《 中西合璧迎新春 • 祈愿 》in 2019 and 'Malaysian Celebrate Reunion • Laosheng' 《 马来西亚三大民族庆团圆 》in 2020 for the CCTV China Central Television - China • Beijing Chinese New Year Gala. These productions received the highest accolades, earning the coveted Gold Award and bringing immense honor to Malaysia. The gala's theme, 'Belt and Road,' was recorded and broadcast on CCTV China Central Television networks and their website, in addition to being featured on relevant national-level websites. Subsequently, I was entrusted with the significant responsibility of leading the annual CCTV China Central Television - China • Beijing Chinese New Year Gala project in Malaysia.

These achievements stand as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and our tireless dedication to advancing education and the performing arts.

ACHIEVEMENTS

The Asia Pacific International Arts Festival has been instrumental in acknowledging our organization's successful collaborations with like-minded entities. We are honored to be licensed by esteemed partners such as China • Beijing Contemporary Music Academy University authorized unit, CCTV China Central Television《我要上春晚》, Beijing Radio and Television Station 《天籁新声》, Changsha Hunan Satellite Television 《找到你的声音》Find Your Voice and Let's Sing Kids 《中国新声代》, Zhejiang Hengdian World Studios 《卧龙凤雏》drama shooting, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Sheraton Hotel - Asia Pacific International Arts Festival in Shanghai, China.

This festival represents a music and talent competition of international stature, jointly organized by 25 countries. It draws a diverse range of participants and an international jury panel from around the globe. These nations include Australia, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kosovo, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar, the Republic of North Macedonia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and many others. The festival's recognition of our collaborative efforts underscores the significant impact we've made in expanding the reach and enhancing the effectiveness of our events.

These achievements not only fill us with pride but also serve as a powerful source of motivation. They reinforce our commitment to our mission of promoting education and the performing arts as potent tools for positive change. They stand as a poignant reminder of the enduring importance of our work in enriching lives and communities through these disciplines.

PERSONAL MAGIC MOMENT

One of the most cherished moments of my tenure as a chairperson in education performing arts unfolded during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic. It took place at the Grand International Music and Talent Festival held in Genting Highlands, Malaysia in 2022, shortly after the government's announcement of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. This monumental three-day event drew the participation of approximately 5,000 people from across the globe.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the supporters who played an indispensable role in making this event a reality. This experience resonated deeply with me, serving as a poignant reminder of the profound positive impact that education and the performing arts can have on an individual's life. Moments like these serve as a constant source of inspiration, motivating me to persist in my mission and advocate tirelessly for the enduring significance of these disciplines within our society.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

In addition to my role as an Education Performing Arts Chairperson, I actively engage in a range of activities that synergize with and bolster our mission.

I'm deeply passionate about nurturing the next generation of artists and educators. Frequently, I step into the role of a mentor, guiding budding talents and educators on their artistic and educational journeys. We firmly believe in the importance of connecting with our local community. To that end, I enthusiastically partake in the organization of international arts festivals, music and talent competitions, workshops, masterclasses, concerts, and performances – both within Malaysia and on a global scale – all aimed at promoting the arts and education.

The cultivation of partnerships is fundamental to our success. I actively collaborate with fellow arts organizations, schools, and institutions, creating synergistic relationships that enhance our programs and enrich the experience of our participants. Furthermore, I am a dedicated advocate for arts in education, advocating at both local and national levels. I actively participate in discussions, meetings, and initiatives designed to underscore the paramount importance of arts education in our society.

Remaining attuned to the ever-evolving landscape of educational and artistic trends is indispensable. I'm deeply committed to ongoing research and development efforts, striving to continuously refine and enhance our programs, ensuring they remain pertinent and effective. These supplementary endeavors are fully aligned with our mission, which seeks to champion education and the performing arts as formidable catalysts for positive change. They empower me to make meaningful contributions to our wider community and continually elevate the impact of our organization.

REASON OF SUCESS

My unwavering passion for education and the performing arts drives me to work tirelessly towards our mission. This dedication is a fundamental driving force. I'm always seeking innovative ways to combine education and the performing arts. This approach has enabled us to stand out and continually evolve our events.

Success is a team effort. I've had the privilege of working with a talented and dedicated team that shares our vision and works tirelessly to achieve our goals. Building strong partnerships with like-minded organizations and individuals has significantly expanded our reach and impact. Collaborations are a cornerstone of our success. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic, has been crucial in ensuring our continued success. Our commitment to engaging with the Malaysia and overseas organizing events that bring people together has been pivotal in fostering support and enthusiasm for our cause.

Advocating for the importance of arts in education at local and national levels has helped raise awareness about the value of our work. We're always striving for improvement. Research and development efforts ensure our programs remain relevant and effective. The recognition and awards we've received have not only boosted our morale but also motivated us to strive for even greater excellence.

In essence, it's the combination of passion, innovation, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to our mission that has propelled our success as an education performing arts chairperson.
